Property Maintenance Technician
Are you handy, reliable, and ready to take pride in keeping properties in top shape? Our client is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team in Sioux Falls, SD!
What You’ll Do:
* General property upkeep and grounds keeping
* Mowing, landscaping, and exterior maintenance
* Light electrical and plumbing repairs
* Communicate professionally with tenants and respond to maintenance needs
* Any other duties are tasks that may be asked of you
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: $20/hour
Requirements:
* Solid customer service and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
* Reliable and ready to work—this is a temp-to-hire opportunity!
