Overview

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for the Housekeeping operation. You\'ll play a vital role in keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring guests enjoy the highest standards of comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related enquiries
* Assign rooms and tasks to Room Attendants, ensuring daily priorities are met
* Dispatch information efficiently to the housekeeping team and other departments
* Communicate room status updates clearly with Front Office and other operational areas
* Support Housekeeping Management with daily coordination and administrative tasks


Qualifications

* Minimum 1-2 years\' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a related environment
* High level of attention to detail and strong organizational ability
* Solid computer skills and confidence with hotel operating systems (Opera experience is a plus)
* Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English
* Previous customer service experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
* A hospitality spirit and genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest service
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* The Right to Work in the UK
