Position Title: HR Generalist

Location: Wimbledon, (Hybrid, 2 days)

Reports to: Senior Director HR, UK/I

Scope: UK/I

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our HR team. You will partner with line managers and the HR team to provide effective and efficient HR Advisory and support service across our UK&I business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Custodian of all employee-administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
2. Ensure 100% accuracy and tracking of employee data, in line with GDPR requirements
3. Accountable to ensure all HR administration is effectively processed in line with payroll deadlines.
4. Reporting on HR data and information, ensures data reliability and provides analysis for HRD and HR Manager.
5. Provides first line support to line managers on HR policy and administrative queries.
6. Supports HR Manager with the preparation for the annual performance, talent and merit review cycle.
7. Supports all aspects of best in class onboarding that lives Wella values.
8. Accountable for coordination of all employee training programs including scheduling, processing of payments, bookings, spend management and loading on HR data portal.
9. Works with Finance to ensure payroll forecast is routinely updated, to ensure effective payroll budget management.
10. With support from the rest of the People team, will conduct appropriate training and HR presentations.
11. Assist with key HR programs and projects.
12. Contributes to creating outstanding employee experience, sees opportunities to do things better and proactively presents proposals to HRM/ HRD.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

14. A passion and desire to grow in an HR generalist career path.
15. 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or people management role.
16. Highly organized, deadline and process driven, with a high level of attention to detail.
17. Take Ownership: Holds self and others accountable for ambitious results; escalates risks early and drives resolution.
18. Execute with Urgency: Moves quickly from insight to action; accelerates decision‑making to capture opportunities in fast‑moving channels.
