The Role You’ll Be Doing:
* Convert new customers through prospecting while cross-selling and up-selling
* Ensure materials are positioned in applications and aid in design selection
* Client Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including architects, builders, and designers, to promote specified products
* Develop and build strong relationships across the A&D community to strengthen and build the brand
* Identify projects using lead generating sources such as Glenigan/LinkedIn and Google Search.
* Gain key contacts for each project.
* Build portfolio of contacts for future projects and keep communication frequent.
* Regular dialog with external specification team.
* The role will be working Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 16:00
* You will also have the opportunity to work hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days from home) after successful training.
The Person:
Essential Knowledge and Experience
* 2-3 years telesales experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly proactive and self-motivated
* Technical Sales Skills
* Self-starter/Result orientated.
* Lead generation
* Proficient in CRM Experience and software – Sales Force
* Computer literate, PowerPoint, excel, work etc
Desirable not Essential
* Industry knowledge – Manufacturing
* CRM Experience– Sales Force
* Previous experience in specifications role
