Join our Team About this opportunity: We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to be part of our UKI Marketing and Communications team. To plan, complete, and drive client-facing marketing activities for multiple customer accounts across the UK and Ireland. You will be instrumental in building impactful customer experiences through account-based marketing activities by working strategically and tactically with local and central marketing and communications teams to ensure we drive One Marketing plan across Ericsson. You will also engage with the sales organisation in ongoing business and new business opportunities to strengthen our brand and support balanced sales growth. What you will do: Position Ericsson as a market leader and stimulate market growth through customer advocacy, building positive relationships with key customers and their marketing teams influence and strengthen the perception and knowledge of Ericsson. Work with the global and central teams on marketing activity to develop and implement the UKI marketing plan that aligns with our One Marketing plan approach. Work closely with the Key Account Managers (KAM) to build an understanding of our key customers priorities and apply Account Based Marketing (ABM) methodology to create marketing plans, built from the One Marketing plan. Successfully launch new products and services to our customers, via sales enablement (KAMs) and marketing campaigns. Working with external agencies and internal to develop and executive an all UKI marketing activity, across multiple channels (i.e., email, content, social, events). Track the performance of UKI marketing activity, through marketing and sales tools (i.e., Salesforce and Marketo) and be responsible for updating internal stakeholders. Empower our employees through the successful management of our key internal events, working closely with the UKI Marketing and Communications team to ensure we improve the internal perception of life at Ericsson. The skills you bring: University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent educational background. ABM expertise across multiple complex customers. Experience in handling global content and messaging within a B2B environment and then adapting to local customer and market needs. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Marketo, SalesForce). 3rd party agency management. Demonstrated collaborative skills, working with sales and relationship building, across complex and fast paced environment. Excellent verbal/written/ PowerPoint skills. Can do attitude with systematic & problem-solving skills. Well organised, able to implement multiple simultaneous projects and to lead partners in a matrix organisation. Why join Ericsson?
