We have an exciting opportunity for an ‘Apprentice' to join TeamReays in our Operations Department, building key relationships internally and externally and delivering an excellent customer service experience. Your responsibilities will include: To assist with planning private hires, tours, school contracts To maintain the filing system for vehicle documents To process defects onto VMS system and file the vehicle defect reports To maintain and monitor the vehicle maintenance planning system To process and file vehicle inspection reports First point of call for driver enquiries Any other duties as required to support the operations department The ideal candidate will be a self- motivated learner with excellent interpersonal skills. You must be organised, efficient, personable and confident to deal with enquires in person, by telephone and via email. Experience of Microsoft Office systems is required. (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
