What Your Day Looks Like
You'll be the guiding force for students across KS3, KS4, and KS5 (ages 11-18). Your mission is to maintain a productive learning environment when teachers are absent.
* Classroom Lead: Supervise lessons across multiple subjects using pre-set work.
* Zero Planning: Focus purely on student engagement and behavior management-no marking or lesson prep required!
