Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sous Chef in Maidstone, you'll take a leading role in this fast-paced pub kitchen:
* Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
* Take charge of service in their absence, ensuring consistency and high standards
* Contribute to seasonal menu creation using fresh, local produce
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
* Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
* Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs
* Work closely with front of house to deliver a seamless guest experience
