Working Hours: 08:45 - 15:45, Monday - Friday
Salary: £100 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

About The Role:
This full-time role involves providing consistent classroom support, both 1:1 and in small groups, across various key stages. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists and other support staff to help students achieve their EHCP targets, while encouraging independence, emotional regulation and positive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students across primary and secondary phasis with tailored interventions
* Assist with planning and delivery of lessons under teacher guidance
* Promote a calm, inclusive environment that supports emotional wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with therapists and other staff to meet individual needs
* Help implement and review strategies linked to each pupil’s EHCP
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Has experience working with children or young people with SEND or autism
* Calm, adaptable and proactive in supporting complex learning and emotional needs
* Comfortable working outdoors and across different age groups
* A team player who values empathy, communication and creativity
