Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (full-time)

Role Overview:
Automotivate are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Executive to help them deliver impactful marketing activity that drives leads and supports their sales team. This role blends hands-on campaign execution with ownership of key marketing processes and data management.
You'll be responsible for ensuring their marketing channels are up to date, campaigns are targeted and compliant, and their communications reflect their brand offering.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Management
* Plan and run regular email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
* Create and optimise trigger campaigns in HubSpot to match the customer lifecycle.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements to drive results.
Data & CRM Management
* Maintain accurate and compliant contact lists, ensuring GDPR best practice.
* Upload and maintain vehicle stock listings to ensure information is always current.
Digital Content
* Keep website content updated, including blogs, guides, and landing pages.
* Manage and schedule social media content across platforms.
Reporting & Optimisation
* Produce regular marketing performance reports.
* Use analytics to identify opportunities for optimisation and communicate findings to the wider team.
Role Requirements:
Essential
* Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
* High attention to detail, especially in email quality and data accuracy.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
* Experience working in a sales-driven environment and collaborating with sales teams.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable
* Experience in B2B marketing.
* Knowledge of the automotive, commercial vehicle and financial services industry (advantage, not essential).
* Competent with Google Analytics, website CMS tools and Canva.
