We are working with Enfinium to provide operational support services, a UK-based energy from waste (EfW) company, specialising in converting non-recyclable waste into renewable energy. Hargreaves are seeking the appointment of a Site Supervisor to fulfil a working multi-functional role at the newly constructed Kelvin site in West Bromwich. The role encompasses the following duties: Manage, lead, motivate and allocate work to a team of employees Utilise manpower to get the most effective performance through the shifts Effectively manage holiday and rota cover Ensure all health & safety procedures are implemented, followed and adhered to Ensure all the team have the appropriate qualifications and inductions Arrange training courses where required Manage costs on site for all elements.
