bambooh Bicester is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an exceptional Level 3 Practitioner to join our amazing team. If you are passionate about early education, calm in your practice, and committed to helping children thrive, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What We're Looking For
* Level 3 or above childcare qualification (full and relevant to the EYFS)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and confident practice
* Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to update)
* Safeguarding training
* A calm, consistent, child-centred approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for Early Years and child development

* Planning and delivering age-appropriate, engaging activities
* Supporting high-quality routines and care moments
* Nurturing each child's development and emotional wellbeing
* Following safeguarding procedures and best practice guidance
* Working collaboratively with a supportive team
* Building strong, professional relationships with families
* Contributing to a calm, well-organised classroom environment
