Eligibility to Work
Before we can employ you, we are required to verify your eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland. Acceptable documents to evidence your right to work can be found here. You will need to provide original documents such as a valid passport or a valid UK/Ireland visa (with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable). Only original documents will be accepted.

Role: Crew Member
As a Crew Member, you’ll contribute to providing the best customer experience, whether you’re preparing food, serving at the till, or assisting in the dining areas. You will deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness, provide friendly, fast and accurate service, and follow training, company guidelines and management direction. You will work as part of a supportive team and adhere to workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.

Typical pay frequency varies by franchise or company-owned locations (every 2 or 4 weeks for hourly staff, monthly for salaried employees). Shifts vary by location, with many restaurants open 24 hours. Uniforms are provided. McDonald’s promotes its employees and supports talent progression. Minimum age requirements are set for each location.
