About us
We specialise in onsite and hybrid Engineering and Construction recruitment across the UK, US and Germany. This role is focused specifically on the UK Engineering market, where we already have strong client relationships, active hiring demand and a consistent flow of live roles.
Our niche covers Fire Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Construction Management and Building Surveying.
You will step into a warm UK desk working in then Building Inspector and Building Surveying market with real traction, giving you the platform to bill from the start while building something long term.
The role
This is a senior hire focused on the UK Engineering market.You will take ownership of a warm desk with multiple live roles and clear demand across your niche.
You will
* Take full control of a Building Inspector/Building Surveying desk with active roles
* Work closely with existing UK clients while developing new relationships
* Deliver a high quality, consultative recruitment process
* Build out your niche into a consistent, high performing desk
* Help shape the growth of our UK Engineering offering
This is an opportunity to come in, generate revenue quickly and then scale your own area of the business.
What we are looking for
* 3+ years experience in recruitment
* Proven billing history within UK Engineering or Construction markets
* Strong understanding of the UK market and client landscape
* Confidence managing clients and running a full 360 process
* Someone who wants ownership and the opportunity to build
