Available Roles
1. Van Driver
You'll work in a 2-person team delivering goods directly to customers' homes using our branded Luton vans. Daily start times vary between 06:30 and 08:00, and you'll receive your schedule the evening before.
What We're Looking For:
* Physically fit – Heavy lifting involved
* Punctual and dependable
* Good team player
* Able to travel to and from Seaham, where vans are stored overnight
* Willing to work Monday to Sunday
* Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Full Training Provided:
* 2-day onboarding to get you up to speed
* Support from experienced team members
Pay & Benefits:
* Driver: £125 - £140 per day depending on contracts worked
* Paid per day (not per hour) – so you earn the same whenever you finish
* Pay frequency: Monthly (transitioning to weekly in the future)
