Customer Account Executive - Desserts & Homebaking
Are you a commercially savvy professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering results? We're looking for a Customer Account Executive to join our Grocery division and play a key role in managing on of our key accounts.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the delivery of strategic plans and budgets aligned with corporate objectives.
Managing P&L responsibilities and ensuring forecast accuracy for nominated categories.
Leading the execution of joint business plans and promotional strategies with Waitrose.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
Driving new product launches, range reviews, and post-evaluation recommendations.
Maintaining internal systems (SAP, Business Objects, Invest) and updating trackers.
Conducting performance reviews and supporting quarterly business reviews.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
Experience working in customer account role ideally in FMCG
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
Advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with retailer systems and cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
Strong planning, time management, and critical thinking skills.
Experience in managing promotional activity and compliance checks.
