We deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a large site in Hinkley Point C in Somerset UK. This is a full-time in-office position.
Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day organization of office functions, including time management and communication with clients regarding attendance at our site.
2. Document Management: Responsible for creating, receiving, organizing, and maintaining project documents.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of documents, including checking for completeness, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
4. Security and Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive and confidential project information and ensure access is restricted to authorized individuals.
5. Filing and Organization: Organize documents in a structured and easily accessible manner, using electronic document management systems and physical filing systems to enable quick retrieval.
6. Distribution: Distribute documents to relevant parties, ensuring contractors, subcontractors, and team members receive necessary information and updates.
7. Collaborate with other documentation groups, including Autodesk specialists and those with CAD abilities.
8. Assist in onboarding processes for the site.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel.
* Eligibility to pass a UK security check and work legally in the UK.
* 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Previous badge to HPC site is an advantage.
* Must possess a CSCS/CITB health and safety card.
