A high-performing law firm is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join its London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in shaping training and development across international offices, supporting attorneys at every stage of their careers.
What you’ll be doin
* gCoordinate firmwide training programmes, managing attendance, logistics, and trackin
* gOversee compliance processes including bar renewals, certificates, and visa tracking across multiple jurisdiction
* sSupport onboarding and departures, ensuring seamless transitions and complete training record
* sManage Learning Management System (LMS) activity — event creation, learning paths, reporting, and enhancement
* sPartner with international teams and Knowledge stakeholders to deliver engaging development initiative
* sOrganise practice group training sessions and monitor completion of mandatory compliance course
* sTrack training data and produce accurate reports across London, Paris, and Brussels office
* sSupport regulatory compliance requirements (England & Wales and international jurisdictions
* )Coordinate surveys, accreditation applications, and external training booking
* sAssist with mentoring programmes, inclusion initiatives, and wider firm event
