Your new roleYou will deliver end‑to‑end sourcing activity and support the successful execution of procurement strategies. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will:
1. Lead sourcing exercises across multiple categories
2. Support development of sourcing strategies and routes to market
3. Negotiate with suppliers and contribute to contract development
4. Provide expert procurement advice to internal stakeholders
5. Ensurepliant, value‑for‑money oues aligned with organisational policies
6. Support supplier engagement, performance monitoring, and risk management
7. Collaborate with contract management teams to ensure smooth delivery post‑award
8. Apply sustainability, market insight, and risk awareness to sourcing decisions
To succeed in this role, you will have:
9. Experience delivering procurement or sourcing activity
10. Strong understanding of procurement processes and sourcing methodologies
11. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
12. Strongmercial awareness and analytical capability
13. Excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship skills
14. Confidence advising non‑procurement stakeholders
