Due to continued growth and ambitious future plans, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Clinical Services Director to join our Board-level leadership team. The Role This is a significant strategic and operational leadership opportunity for an ambitious senior clinician who is passionate about developing high-quality mental health services and driving innovation within the sector. Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, the Clinical Services Director will lead the ongoing development, quality assurance, and expansion of clinical services across the UK. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping future service delivery, supporting multidisciplinary clinical teams, and ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of innovative mental health practice. The role will be based at our Head Office in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic clinical leadership at Board level • Drive the development and expansion of high-quality clinical products and services nationally • Lead service innovation and the development of new clinical pathways • Ensure robust clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance • Support, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams • Contribute to organisational growth and long-term strategic planning • Build strong relationships across health, education, social care, and wider professional sectors Your Expertise We are looking for an experienced senior clinical leader who combines strategic vision with a strong commitment to excellence in care.
