Overview
There is an exciting opportunity to join the East of England Out of Hours Stroke Telemedicine Service as a Technical Manager. This long‑running service supports seven of the region's hospitals in delivering acute stroke care using secure videoconferencing to link a remote stroke consultant to the local hospital stroke team.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical development and delivery of the telemedicine services across seven trusts, identify areas of potential improvement and implement solutions where appropriate.
Technical Administration and Support
Provide technical administration for the service, including:
* Microsoft SharePoint platform
* Visionable
* JamfNow
* TeamViewer
* Ring Central
and manage and support MacBook laptops used by on‑call stroke consultants.
Coverage and Rota
Provide out‑of‑hours cover for 365 days, with a rota shared with the Telemedicine Manager.
