Robert Half is partnering with a SaaS company based in central London to find a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team.
About the Company As a fast-growing SaaS company, they aim to scale globally with purpose, innovation, and top-tier talent. They are seeking a standalone Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and elevate their hiring strategy, drive global recruitment, and build a world-class team.
Role This position offers high impact and autonomy, where you'll own talent acquisition across the business, from designing processes to sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent, fueling growth.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment, especially for IT and technical roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
Manage all aspects of the talent lifecycle independently.
Enhance and represent the company's employer brand globally.
Design, implement, and refine scalable recruitment processes and strategies.
Proactively source passive candidates using creative and AI-driven sourcing techniques.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs and provide strategic guidance.
Track recruitment metrics and report on strategy effectiveness.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Requirements At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments.
Ability to work independently in a standalone TA role.
Successful experience in IT and technical recruitment, especially in scaling teams rapidly.
Strong knowledge of candidate engagement, process design, and innovative sourcing including AI.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with influence at all levels.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset.
Adaptability to dynamic, fast-moving environments.
