About The Role

The Scheme Manager will be responsible for supporting the service manager to set the culture of the service. They will lead and inspire teams to ensure that everyone lives and breathes the company ethos.


Position Details

* Position: Scheme Manager
* Location: Derby City
* Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet service needs.

You will need to travel between services clustered around Derby City.

About You

Do you have experience in care management and team leadership? Are you looking to develop your skills further?

This is an opportunity for a proactive Scheme Manager to join an evolving Care Company managing Supported Living services in Derby. You will need:

* Previous care management experience, preferably in supported living.
* Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create an inclusive environment.
* Evidence of inspiring, motivational, and supportive leadership.
