Job Description: Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:
1. Provide patient-centered care, actively listening to and acting on patient feedback to ensure personalized care.
2. Maintain a safe and secure medicines management service, ensuring accurate medical records and adherence to standard operating procedures.
3. Deliver non-judgmental care within professional standards, including timely administration of medicines and cost-effective prescribing.
4. Work as a key member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to make a positive impact.
Qualifications and Skills:
* NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC, or equivalent
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Up-to-date Continual Professional Development (CPD)
* Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience
* General GCSE education or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently following policies and procedures
Additional Information:
Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment is desirable. Secure environments offer unique challenges and rewards. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week with flexible options. The annual salary ranges from £28,247 to £32,246, depending on experience.
