Prudential Risk & Reporting Analyst An established global investment manager is expanding its European Risk team and seeking a Prudential Risk & Reporting Analyst. This position plays a critical role in prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, and strategic risk development, including ICARA, Risk Appetite, and climate related risk. Responsibilities Support full lifecycle of the ICARA process-framework updates, documentation, model maintenance, and Board level training. Deliver quarterly prudential risk reporting for senior governance forums (ERCC, Board Risk Committees). Monitor risks trending out of appetite and work with risk owners on remediation. Align governance reporting standards across UK, Ireland, and Germany. Drive development of Europe wide strategic, emerging, and climate risk capabilities. Engage with senior leaders and Company Secretariat to ensure complete and accurate reporting. Requirements Strong experience in prudential risk, regulatory risk, or investment management risk functions. Knowledge of ICARA/ICAAP, European regulatory regimes, and governance frameworks. Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
