We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Operations team in Newcastle – someone who genuinely loves business development, enjoys being out with clients, and thrives in a market-facing, commercial role.

What you’ll be doing
* Developing and growing new and existing client relationships across the Operations space
* Proactively winning new business and expanding accounts through meetings, referrals, and market insight
* Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while maintaining a strong client-first approach
* Representing Jackson Hogg in the market – meetings, site visits, and industry events
* Working collaboratively with delivery-focused colleagues to ensure an exceptional service
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Consultant)
* A clear track record in business development and client engagement
* Confident, credible, and comfortable leading conversations with clients
* An interest in manufacturing engineering sector
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by results
* Someone who enjoys being visible in the market, not desk-bound
