About the role
We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Cleaner at the friendly Cornwall Housing building, Albion Court, Torpoint, working hours per week (Monday to Friday between the hours of : - :).
We are looking for a reliable cleaner who takes pride in their work, to provide an excellent service to the site, for the cleaning of communal areas, toilets and laundry rooms. You will be undertaking the following duties -
1. Using appropriate powered cleaning equipment, undertake cleaning in accordance with site specifications
2. Keeping paths, steps and outside hard surface areas tidy, including the emptying of litter bins
3. Removing graffiti as directed
4. To carry out other extra or general duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor/ Manager in accordance with the site specification or as may be necessary from time to time.
You will be required to undertake in-house training upon induction with any additional training as and when required.
Work at all times within the code of requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
