Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Nottingham. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Day-to-day tasks include food preparation, managing baking times and temperatures, and ensuring all products meet the high standards of Restaurant Sat Bains with rooms. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, managing inventory, and collaborating with other culinary staff to create innovative and unique desserts. * Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
