Are you passionate about delivering meaningful impact in reconstructive and surgical care? We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Product Manager to take the lead on a specialist portfolio focused on plastic and reconstructive procedures, including Breast, Maxillofacial (MaxFax), and ENT surgery.
This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, balanced with 2–3 days per week in the field or at the office.
What You’ll Do:
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of your product range
Collaborate with clinical teams and surgical departments to identify needs and growth opportunities
Develop marketing tools, content, and education materials to support adoption
Track market activity and competitor movement, providing key insights for strategy refinement
Contribute to launch planning, event coordination, and cross-functional alignment
Represent the business at relevant meetings, clinics, or events throughout the UK
What You’ll Bring:
Prior experience in medical product management or marketing, ideally within surgical or clinical therapy areas
Familiarity with Breast, MaxFax, or ENT therapies is preferred, but not essential
Strong interpersonal skills with confidence engaging surgeons, clinicians, and stakeholders
A proactive, commercially aware mindset with the ability to manage projects and timelines
Willingness to travel to West London or South Wales offices and across the region as needed
