Psychology Graduates Wanted. If you are a Psychology graduate curious about a future in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or simply want to gain hands‑on experience supporting young people, this is for you.
We are looking for kind, thoughtful graduates who are ready to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Horncastle. You don’t need extensive experience—just the right mindset, patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and plenty of 1:1 encouragement.
Roles are available immediately and we can also consider candidates for September 2026.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD throughout the school day
* Assisting with interventions and small‑group work
* Maintaining a calm demeanour and being an adult the children can rely on and trust
* Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment
What Were Looking For:
* A Psychology degree (or relevant field)
* A calm, flexible approach. No two days are the same
* Bonus points if you have experience working with children or adults with SEND, but this is not essential
* A genuine interest in helping young people thrive
