Maintenance Engineer - Swindon, Wiltshire

Monday - Friday Double Days
Our client is a leading manufacturer investing in the factory and growth into various export markets. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering team.
Responsibilities
* Planned Maintenance inspections and review of parts used
* Recommend improvements in line with projects and maintenance schedules; carry out safety checks on range of equipment
* Monitor plant conditions, report defects, and repair machinery
* Generate and maintain compliance to SOPs and risk assessments
* Report on plant performance using systems; ensure action on non-conformance issues
* Work on boilers, steam boilers, ammonia equipment, valves and pumps
* Support production and continuous improvement projects
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Formal engineering qualification - C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or Apprenticeship trained
* Continuous improvement knowledge
* Strong knowledge of good engineering standards
* Experience in food, packaging, drink, and manufacturing environments
