As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will:
* Provide face-to-face clinical training for care staff in line with the company's competency framework
* Develop and deliver training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents
* Lead the implementation of a robust mandatory training programme
* Maintain clinical skills lab and ensure equipment is up-to-date
* Participate in the clinical on-call rota
* Work closely with Nurse Case Managers to ensure quality and patient safety
* Support carers' development and assess their suitability for providing care
