Job Description
The role will focus on managing Cyient's current and new customers in the Utilities sector in Europe, specifically for Water Utilities.
You will be expected to:
1. Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed established sales goals in solutions and service sales.
2. Develop and grow business opportunities in your account base by collaborating with the delivery team and Cyient partners.
3. Utilize direct sales techniques, including Large Account Management Planning and Strategic Selling, to meet with end-users/customers, develop relationships at various levels, organize customer meetings, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
4. Serve as the primary contact for specified accounts by acting as a liaison for communications, determining sales strategies, and negotiating and executing contracts.
5. Participate in sales events such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and technical seminars.
6. Maintain a high level of knowledge about industry drivers and competitors.
7. Make effective use of internal resources.
Prerequisites
* Experience in selling GIS information systems or OT systems to large network-based customers.
* Background in consultative solution selling.
* Experience selling to Utilities or Communications is preferred.
* Familiarity with direct sales and partner channels.
* Knowledge of IT systems used by utilities for asset management, network, and workforce management.
