Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management company focused on supporting corporate office occupiers in delivering a great workplace experience.
We are looking for an Administrator with a can‑do attitude who will cover multiple admin duties. Standard hours are one week 8 am - 4:30 pm and one week 9 am - 5:30 pm. A credit check and DBS are required for this role.
Essential skills: proficiency in Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, excellent customer service, multitasking and flexibility. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Deal with all parking queries in the absence of the Account Manager and update the sheet accordingly.
* Compile and prepare the TU Monthly Board Report, prepare the SLA quarterly property reports and chase relevant departments for information.
* Keep the How to Guide updated for the site.
* Raise Purchase Orders for Anabas and TU, log all details onto SharePoint, chase and approve POs timely, and keep the spreadsheet up to date.
* Update relevant managers when information is out of date and maintain the auditing spreadsheet.
* Update any Action Plans that are ongoing for Office Projects.
* Carry out any other admin duties as and when required.
