This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in residential block or estate management who is confident managing buildings, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with landlords and tenants. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing the day-to-day operations of residential blocks Ensuring compliance with relevant property management regulations Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports Conducting regular inspections to maintain property standards Supporting tenant retention through effective communication and service What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in block or estate management preferred Strong administrative and organisational abilities Confident communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of property management systems (Yardi experience a plus) Team player with a proactive and service-led attitude What's In It For You?
