They now require an enthusiastic internal account manager/sales support assistant to join their Head Office team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, and is eager to develop a successful career within the growing business. This role is vacant due to internal progression and this role is fully office based. The Role You’ll play a key role in supporting customers and driving sales performance. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling customer enquiries by phone, providing accurate product and pricing information * Maximising sales opportunities through internal branch interaction and providing quotes * Processing purchase orders, managing back orders, and dealing with product returns * Coordinating collections and credit notes for returned goods * Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for product and delivery updates * Managing a varied workload with efficiency and professionalism * Delivering excellent customer service in a busy and dynamic environment About You We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. You’ll ideally bring: * Strong customer service or sales experience * Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Experience in an office or wholesale environment (advantageous) In Return you will receive * £26K - £29K basic salary * 25 days’ annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) * Performance-based bonus scheme * Comprehensive initial training and ongoing professional development * Genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing business Hours of work are: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm
