Our Hastings store is looking for a highly experienced Sales and Service Assistant, with at least 4 years of personalized retail selling experience, to join our team.
As a service and selling expert with retail experience, you'll provide a high level of personalized customer assistance by:
* Consulting with customers to help them find product solutions that meet their unique needs
* Providing superior assistance in our fitting rooms, including lingerie fittings, outfit styling, and fit advice
* Offering advice to help customers coordinate ideas for their home
* Working across multiple departments to provide product advice to customers
* Coaching and supporting team members new to retail and leading by example
This role is part-time and involves working:
* Monday 9:00am - 5:00pm
* Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm
* Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Our stores can be busy, so we need someone who is energetic, positive, and has a can-do attitude.
For this role, you will need:
* Four to five years of retail experience in a personalized service and selling role
* Previous in-store styling/personal shopping experience
