Protocol Education is recruiting a Specialist Support Facilitator to work within a dedicated SEND school in Havering. The school supports pupils with MLD, SLD, ASD and PMLD, and is seeking someone committed to helping children thrive both academically and personally.
You’ll play a key role in supporting students throughout the school day, helping them access learning, develop independence and feel safe and understood. Previous classroom experience isn’t essential — a positive attitude, patience and willingness to support with personal care are what truly matter.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be nurturing, resilient and proactive
* Form strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Feel confident supporting complex needs
* Work effectively within a team environment
Training such as Manual Handling, Hoist use, First Aid or Care qualifications would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
Role Details:
* Full‑time position (Monday–Friday)
* 8:30am–3:30pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
