Your Experience
* England & Wales Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE)
* Strong background in debt recovery and litigation
* Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads effectively
* Experience advising financial institutions or lender clients (desirable)
* Strong understanding of enforcement and recovery strategies
* Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-driven approach
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
* Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
