Job Duties
This position supervises the installation and maintenance of refrigerated equipment used by Virginia Department of Corrections Agribusiness.
Minimum Qualifications
Skills required to perform routine maintenance and repairs on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Working knowledge with refrigerated trailers/trucks and cold storage units. Experience with Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration units from a commercial setting. Valid Driver's License.
Additional Considerations
Knowledge of inmate supervision practices. Knowledge of state procurement practices. Licensure associated with Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). High school diploma/GED.
