We are currently looking for a Site Services Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company in West London.
This is a permanent position, fully on-site.
Role Summary
* Coordinate and provide on-site support for visits from senior stakeholders and external partners.
* Organise business events, community outreach initiatives, and charitable activities for the site.
* Support site communications and publicity in collaboration with internal communications and marketing teams.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, managing communications and directing queries appropriately.
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, including coordination of soft facilities services such as catering, cleaning, workwear, and minor works contractors.
* Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and required documentation.
* Maintain accurate site records and support audits, inspections, and official visits.
* Assist with the preparation, review, and management of site documentation including operational procedures and safety documentation.
* Support procurement processes related to facilities services, including contractor performance monitoring, tendering, and contract renewals.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of site facilities and working environments to maintain high operational standards.
* Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and engaging with stakeholders.

* Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device company preferred but not mandatory
Qualifications
* Diploma or advanced qualification in Facilities Management (or equivalent)
* Education to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
* Environmental Health & Safety certification
* NEBOSH HSE Certificate (or equivalent)
