The school provides a supportive, nurturing environment for pupils with varied and complex needs, enabling them to achieve far more than they ever thought possible. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to ensure they get the most from their education. Each learner has individual needs and potential—your role will be to guide their progress through personalised, engaging support. From preparing learning materials and running classroom activities to supporting emotional and physical wellbeing, you will be hands-on in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and new skills. Key responsibilities Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development. Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities. Encourage and guide pupils in a way that meets their individual needs. Work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to a variety of learning settings.
