Now, as they continue to scale, they’re looking for a CRM Manager to play a pivotal role in deepening customer relationships and driving long-term growth.
The CRM Manager will lead the strategy and execution of personalised CRM programmes across multiple channels – including email, SMS, push notifications, and website personalisation. The CRM Manager will harness the power of customer data to shape journeys that deliver meaningful, mission-aligned content. With a focus on customer retention, loyalty, and lifecycle engagement, the CRM Manager will work cross-functionally to implement intelligent, insight-led campaigns that drive measurable performance and foster true brand advocacy.
Essential Skills:
* Strong experience in CRM strategy and customer journeys
* Deep knowledge of platforms like Bloomreach, Braze or similar
* Excellent analytical skills and data segmentation expertise
* Confidence with A/B testing, cohort analysis and campaign optimisation
* Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and clear reporting
