The Role
As our Enterprise Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the running of ELITE Paper Solutions. You’ll be hands-on in operations, but also a forward-thinker pushing for opportunities for growth, building strong partnerships and ensuring our enterprises thrive.
* Salary: £35,021 to £36,944
* Hours: 35.5 hours per week
* Location: Based in Merthyr Tydfil, with regular travel across South Wales including Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, and Torfaen.
Driving license and own vehicle are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations across our social enterprise.
* Drive strategic growth by generating new customers and contracts across public, private, and voluntary sectors.
* Oversee quality, compliance, and accreditation standards (ISO, H&S, GDPR, environmental standards).
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, funders and community organisations.
* Manage, motivate, and support staff, volunteers and trainees to perform at the best of their ability.
Your Skills & Experience
* Proven management experience – confident in leading teams and projects.
* A proactive, get-up-and-go attitude – you make things happen.
* Strategic thinking – spotting opportunities, driving growth, and building partnerships.
* Experience in sales, business development, or tendering would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills – you can represent ELITE with impact.
* An understanding of (or personal experience with) the challenges faced by disabled or disadvantaged people in employment – this would be a real advantage.
* Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
