Store Manager

We’re looking for an outstanding Store Manager to join our The North Face team based in Cabot Circus, Bristol.
As a Store Manager, you will lead and nurture a team, while displaying your own initiative to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

How you’ll make a difference
Our Store Managers are expected to deliver memorable retail experiences by:
* Leading, motivating, and mentoring your store team to adopt a customer-first approach
* Implementing and improving our established retail processes
* Managing core retail operations such as inventory and P&L
* Reporting performance metrics and understanding KPIs to improve store results
* Ensuring the store looks great in line with visual merchandising guidelines
What makes you the perfect Store Manager?
* You love interacting with customers and helping them find the perfect product. You are resilient and self-driven to handle store demands.
* You can develop a great team that shares your passion and vision, mentoring employees and fostering a fun environment.
* You have experience in store operations, including budgeting, planning, and merchandising.
* You possess excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
* You are proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
* You are flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
