A matrix business with a strong UK arm that you will help lead as Commercial Director.The Commercial Director will be part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the regional Managing Director. You will be responsible for governance and control of all commercial activities and processes, maximizing profitability and cash flow.Key responsibilities include:Managing commercial risks and opportunities with robust reporting.Delivering profitable contracts and projects.Effective cash management and revenue collection.Conducting profit reviews.Managing P&L responsibilities.Leading and developing the commercial team.Providing accurate forecasts and reports.Engaging with C-Suite and stakeholders.We seek a strong commercial leader with extensive experience managing large P&L (~£100M), knowledgeable in building legislation, financial and commercial billing, and experienced in negotiation and influence.
