Reporting to the Finance Director, the Management Accountant will play a key role in producing accurate and timely financial information, supporting decision-making across the business, and ensuring the integrity of management reporting. Collate and analyse CVRs for financial performance. Manage WIP, stock control, and timely invoicing. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes. Review debtor, creditor balances, and statutory compliance. Prepare VAT returns and assist annual audits. Enhance systems, governance, controls, and financial reporting. What we are looking for: Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) or qualified by experience (5+ years). Strong background in management accounting and cost analysis. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP implementation experience is desirable. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
