We are looking for a wedding co-ordinator at The Priest House Hotel, a popular wedding venue in the East Midlands.

You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of your role in planning, and sharing, the key information to ensure the whole team can make that special day a success
You are accountable, you know the buck stops with you and want to own your events.
You understand the importance of Teamwork, whether that's supporting colleagues in the heat of the moment on a wedding day, or sharing key feedback after the event to ensure Continuous Improvement across the business.
About the Hotel
Set within over 60 acres of its own woodland and meadows with breath-taking views of the rolling countryside or the River Trent.
Built around a mill tower with its very own Grade II listed water wheel. This 42-bedroom hotel is perfectly placed for a picture-perfect wedding, with all the charm and romance of the English countryside settings.
Key tasks:
* Meet clients as requested to discuss arrangement and carry out show rounds
* Attend and complete all planning meetings.
* Amend and review all contracts as and when required with the client.
* Working closely with all departments to maximise service opportunities.
* Conduct social/wedding sales appointment on a weekend and evenings as required.
* To ensure the full PHH offer is given to every couple
* Ensure all billing is accurate and key timelines for payment adhered to
* Assist with the Hotel's Wedding Fayres and open evenings.
* Attend Internal Function Meetings to deliver wedding function sheets, discuss upcoming events and feedback ideas opportunities for the future
* Deliver against Key Performance Indicators.
* The ideal candidate will be sales focussed, with the ability to maximise revenue and upsell.
* Have excellent communication skills experience in exceeding guest expectations
* Organised with great attention to detail and the desire to go the extra mile for our guests.
Due to the nature of the business, regular weekend work is an essential part of the role. Due to the rural location of the venue, a full driving license and transport are required.
