Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant/Paralegal – Totnes, Devon

What will you do?
\n
* Assist Solicitors & Fee Earners with all their conveyancing matters!
* Advise a local, national and international client base on all residential conveyancing matters
* Deal with new client instructions & footfall into the office
* Provide estimates, source of funds and onboarding
* Produce & issue contract packs
* Complete searches
* Post exchange & post completion matters
* Prepare completion statements
* Obtain mortgage funds
* Handle registrations and SDLT returns
* Have client contact at all stages of transactions
* Become a very valued member of the firm and team

What do you need?
\n
* To have at least 1 year residential conveyancing experience
* To have at least 1 year experience working in a law firm
* To already be a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
