Talentedge are actively recruiting for a Office Manager/Executive Assistant for a growing Tech company in Soho. The role offers hybrid working (4 days in the office) and a salary of £48-£50k per annum+ benefits
Duties Include:
* Own the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a professional, well-maintained and productive workspace.
* Lead supplier and facilities relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and value for money.
* Coordinate IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are reliable and fit for purpose.
* Manage office budget, procurement, and cost oversight with discipline and transparency.
* Own and continuously improve office policies, documentation, shared drives, and operational systems so they remain organised, accessible, and scalable.
* Act as the primary point of resolution for operational issues, ensuring problems are solved quickly and do not disrupt team productivity.
* Contribute to operational improvement initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
* Provide proactive diary management for the CEO and senior leadership, including prioritisation and forward planning.
* Coordinate complex internal and external meetings (including international engagements), ensuring they are well prepared and efficiently run.
* Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and supporting documentation where required.
* Track follow-ups and actions to ensure commitments are delivered and nothing falls through the cracks.
* Provide proactive diary management for the CEO and senior leadership, including prioritisation and forward planning.
* Coordinate complex internal and external meetings (including international engagements), ensuring they are well prepared and efficiently run.
* Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and supporting documentation where required.
* Track follow-ups and actions to ensure commitments are delivered and nothing falls through the cracks.
* Own and continuously improve the structured onboarding process in collaboration with hiring managers and the Head of Operations.
* Ensure every new starter has systems access, workspace setup, and a clear onboarding plan in place before their first day.
* Coordinate onboarding schedules, documentation, and cross-team introductions.
* Oversee offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and knowledge continuity.
* Support internal engagement initiatives, team events, and company off-sites that reinforce culture and connection.
Candidates must have:
* A minimum of 2 years proven experience in an Office Management/PA capacity for a start up/scale up, fast paced business
* Demonstrated ability to balance operational ownership with high-quality executive assistance.
* Strong organisational judgement and able to prioritise effectively.
* Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
* Confident using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
* Calm, professional, discreet, and solutions-focused.
* Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of defined areas.
